I try Level 1 Mix (Bee Hoon + Rice Vermicelli) Mee Bakso based on their recommended one. One thing that surprised and amazed me with this Mee Bakso is the soup. This Mee Bakso soup is amazingly tasty and will make your body warm.
Bee Hoon and Rice Vermicelli really absob the soup well so the taste become richer. Now I know why these Bee Hoon and Rice Vermicelli are their recommended one.
The Beef Ball is not hard and the texture is the same like Indonesian beef ball. It’s delicious. Beef Bone Marrow’s meat is also quite big and tender.
Epok Epok Sayur filling contains few different types of vegetables: cooked beansprout and other vegetables. Fyi, there is no curry potato inside this Epok Epok and this Epok Epok comes with sweet mild spicy chilli sauce.
This Epok Epok is quite huge, very crunchy and delicious. Mixing this Epok Epok with Chilli Sauce makes this Epok Epok taste perfect.
Overall I like these Mee Bakso and Epok Epok Sayur.
