Today I will share with you one place selling delicious Korean dish that is located in front of Singapore Zoo entrance.
The name of this place is Chomel Bistro.
Fyi, Chomel is one of the Ah Meng descendants and Singapore Zoo uses Chomel name to become one of the food stall name that Singapore Zoo has.
Other than selling few types of Korean dish (Chicken Kimchi Ramen, Beef Kimchi Ramen, Seafood Kimchi Ramen, Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap, Spicy Chicken Bibimbap and Impossible Bibimbap), Chomel Bistro is also selling Singaporean cuisine such as Nasi Lemak, Fried Bee Hoon and Laksa.

I tried Spicy Chicken Bibimbap. Spicy Chicken Bibimbap consists of rice with spicy chicken, egg, kimchi, carrot, cucumber, beansprout, mushroom, egg and bibimbap sauce.
I kind of like it. The chicken is tender, tasty and not very spicy. They also give quite generous chicken.
The kimchi, carrot, cucumber, beansprout and mushrooms are also fresh.
The best way to eat this dish is to mix all the ingredients provided before eating it and need to eat it while it’s still hot. Once you mix it properly, you will get absolute delicious taste.
Overall I am quite amazed with this Bibimbap as I don’t put high expectation in the first place. Do try this Bibimbap when you visit Singapore Zoo.
