For a limited time, Mos Burger is having a special menu named Ebi Tempura Rice Burger.
Ebi Tempura Rice Burger consists of two pieces of compressed rice mixed with Sakura Ebi with a shape like bun and Prawn Tempura, Fried fritters made with Shungiku (Japanese Chrysanthemum Leaves), Carrots and Onions as toppings. They also put signature sweet Ebi sauce into this Ebi Tempura Rice Burger.
Sounds and looks delicious, right? Yes, it is. It tempts me to buy it without thinking twice, so I order it.
If you ask me to choose whether I prefer bread bun or rice bun, honestly I will definitely choose rice bun purely because I prefer eating rice rather than a bread. Typical of Asian person, right? Hehehe.
The rice bun contains a lot of Sakura Ebi and the fried fritters is crispy. Prawn Tempura is also delicious.
Ebi Tempura Rice Burger’s fragrance of shrimp aroma is very fragrant and stimulate my appetite.
The only downfall with this Ebi Tempura Rice Burger is the Ebi sauce. Even though the Ebi Sauce is tasty but they put a little bit of Ebi Sauce into this Burger so it makes this burger taste bland. They should put more Ebi Sauce to make this Ebi Tempura Rice Burger perfectly tasty.
Actually my sister also orders other types of rice burger. Her Rice Burger also tastes bland because of less sauce. We ordered at Punggol Waterway branch. Perhaps the problem only happen in this branch. I have tried other rice burger in other branch and the rice burger is very tasty because the sauce is quite a lot.
Have you ever try Mos Burger’s Ebi Tempura Rice Burger? Is it contained enough Ebi Sauce?
