Have you ever heard about Three Buns By Potato Head? If you are burger lovers, I strongly believed you know about this place and have tasted their fabulous burger.
If you haven’t, you should try it as soon as possible. Yeah, I want to try it….but may I know which one is the recommended one?
All of their burgers are recommended one, but since you are my lovely readers, I want to share with you one very special burger creation “secret one” by Three Buns that isn’t in the menu.
Woah, so good? Yeah it is. Curious what is that? Yes. Ok ok, I will tell you now. The name of Three Buns’ secret burger is Four Floors.
Four Floors is a double cheese burger made using two vintage Tasmanian beef patties, double ketchup, Den miso mayo, triple onions, onion puree, fried shallot and pickle red onions, all in a toasted demi brioche bun.
A little story about Four Floors: A slider version of this burger is available on the Three Buns Quayside menu, but this is the big burger version with almost 300g of meat and was actually available on the original Three Buns menus about six years ago. The burger’s name is a tongue-in-cheek nod to the debauchery that supposedly went on in the infamous Orchard Towers when it was first built.
How can I order Four Floors if this burger is not in the menu? You just simply request for it and Three Bun’s chef will prepare it for you. Sounds cool, right?
How is the verdict of Four Floors? It’s a must order burger to try. It’s a great pleasure for me to try Four Floors.
Other than Four Floors, I also try the Impossible Sleaze and Spirulina in the Sky.
Frankly speaking, these dishes name are sounds unique and interesting, right?
The Impossible Sleaze and Spirulina in the Sky are some of the new fully-sustainable menu as a tribute to Earth Month in April in efforts to contribute to the cause of sustainability and cruelty-free eating. Although at the first place, these new menu was only available on April, in the end these menu is still available to order now.
For every item ordered from the fully-sustainable menu, Three Buns will donate $1 to ACRES charity to support their works protecting the animals for future generations.
The Impossible Sleaze consists of impossible patty cheedar cheese, smoked cheese sauce, charred onions, roasted garlic miso butter, jalapeño and cucumber pickle, bbq sauce, three island mayo, sesame on a a bed of double fried potato dippers. It’s a yummy dish.
This Impossible Sleaze is a not-usual yet delicious dish that has strong flavour of pickles. It’s a great addition menu to try. The patty cheader cheese is tender and thick.
For the drink, I try Spirulina in the Sky. It’s a coconut milk ice cream with Simplligood fresh frozen spirulina. It’s a good choice of drink to try in Three Buns. It’s interestingly tasty.
Both Impossible Sleaze and Spirulina in the Sky are vegan menus.
Overall i am glad to try these dishes from Three Buns.
Since one of this dishes is a secret menu and the other two are special menu to tribute Earth Month, you should try it faster before it’s gone.
Bon appetite.
