During circuit breaker in Singapore, majority of people here are working from home. Some people might think woah working from home…so good…so convenient… But the reality is…..really??? (perhaps only me thinking like that. Hehehe). But at the same time, I absolutely feel grateful for working from home concept. It’s really helping us to protect ourselves and our loved one.

Which delicious food that you recommend at Viio Gastropub? I recommend you (because I have tried before) to try BBQ Pork Ribs Donabe with Onsen Egg and Charred Vegetables, Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Prawn and Japanese Olive Fried Rice with Shimenji.
BBQ Pork Ribs Donabe with Onsen Egg and Chared Vegetables (comes with dashi soup) is delicious. Pork Ribs lovers must try this dish. The Pork Ribs absorb the BBQ sauce very well, very tender and melt in the mouth. Perhaps the secret is because they are using Donabe.
Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Prawn is delicate. This Spaghetti Aglio Olio is tasty and the most important is not dry. I like the way that the chef uses olive oil to make this Spaghetti Aglio Olio not dry. They also put a lot of small prawn in this dish. These small prawns are fresh & sweet. I also love that they put Chilli Flakes. It makes this Spaghetti perfect.
Japanese Olive Fried Rice with Shimenji. Honestly, when I first see this dish and comparing with BBQ Pork Ribs Donabe with Onsen Egg and Chared Vegetables and Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Prawn, I am a little bit underrated this dish…….but………when I start eating this fried rice….my goodness…it’s soooo good. It’s really delicious beyond my imagination. This Japanese Olive Fried Rice is one of the best fried rice that I have tried before.

He is famed for his expertise in French fine dining and his deep understanding of Asian cuisines.
