Today I will share with you one restaurant selling noodles that the taste is very similar like Indomie Goreng.
Amazing right? I don’t know whether they are really using Indomie Goreng seasoning or they successfully create their own seasoning that has similar taste like Indomie Goreng.
This restaurant name is 126 Dimsum & Duck House.
126 Dimsum & Duck House offers quite a lot of dimsum options and since they are specialized in duck meat, the majority of their menu have duck meat.
My dear and I went there quite early in the morning, so the only available menu at that moment was few types of noodles.
We ordered Mie Bebek Panggang & Sui Kiaw and Mie Pangsit Sui Kiaw.
Mie Bebek Panggang & Sui Kiaw was one of their signature menu.
The Bebek Panggang (Roasted Duck) skin was crispy and duck meat was also tender.
Sui Kiaw was also quite big and stuffed with many nice ingredients. It was delicious.
Mie Pangsit Sui Kiaw had the same Sui Kiaw as Mie Bebek Panggang & Sui Kiaw.
The special thing about these noodles was coming from the taste. It had pretty similar taste like Indomie Goreng.
Not sure why it could be similar. Only their chef was able to solve this mystery 😛.
Next time, I will try their rice menu.
