My dear and I recently visited Swensen’s Singapore Bugis Junction branch to redeem free Banana Split ice cream for my dear birthday month.
Because of the rule that we had to order one main dish to redeem the ice cream, we tried one of Asian Delight dish named Seafood Mee Goreng ($16.90).
Seafood Mee Goreng is an Indonesian-style Seafood Mee Goreng with the signature creamy and spicy sauce that boasts a sweet kick.
For the seafood toppings, you can find jumbo prawn, fried fish cube and calamari inside this dish. All of the seafood are fresh and niceeee.
The mee goreng itself is very tasty and not very dry. You would be amazed after you try it. Good job Swensen’s Singapore for this Asian dish.
After we were done with our main meal, we asked the waiter to serve the Banana Split.
Banana Split consists of Strawberry, Vanilla and Chocolate ice cream with fresh banana, strawberry jam, pineapple jam, chocolate fudge, chocolate sprinkles and almonds.
This Banana Split has splendid taste. The banana is perfectly fine, not underripe and not overripe. The ice cream is nice.
Overall, we love eating at Swensen’s Singapore and thank you for the birthday treat programs.
