Who would expect that inside Kopitiam Square Sengkang has delicious muffin stall? I myself would never expect it, but apparently it’s there.
This muffin stall name is Butter & Cream Bakery.
I felt lucky because this was my first time to visit Kopitiam Square Sengkang after four years since my last visit and found this gem.
Butter & Cream Bakery is selling many different variants of muffin and egg tart.
But to be honest after I tried those muffin and egg tart, I preferred their muffin not because the egg tart was not nice, but because few variants of their muffin were so good.
Butter & Cream Bakery is currently having promotion buy 5 pieces got 1 free.
So I bought that and chose one Berries Muffin ($2.60), one Volcano Cheese Muffin ($2.60), one Banana Muffin ($2.60), one Marshmallow Muffin ($2.60), one Normal Egg Tart ($2.60) and one Chocolate Egg Tart ($2.60).
Berries Muffin is made from Cranberry, Strawberry, Blackberry, Raspberry and Blueberry. What a cool ingredients, right? This Berries Muffin is one of the must order muffin that they have.
Volcano Cheese Muffin is made using Cheddar Cheese. So if you are cheese fans, this muffin is for you.
Banana Muffin is a bit unique because other than banana, it also has crispy little thing that maybe it is made from coconut.
Marshmallow Muffin is another must order muffin based on my preference. This muffin is full of chocolate and it’s the most moist muffin among others.
Normal Egg Tart is not bad.
Chocolate Egg Tart has chocolate filling inside this egg tart. It’s also nice but I do prefer their muffin.
Overall I was really pleased trying their muffins and egg tarts.
