Chicken Satay in a Cup from Old Chang Kee

Chicken Satay in a Cup from Old Chang Kee

Old Chang Kee recently releases a new snacks menu named Chicken Satay in a Cup.

For $4 per cup, this Chicken Satay in a Cup consist of five sticks of chicken satay and it also comes with satay sauce.

What is the difference between Old Chang Kee’s chicken satay and normal chicken satay? Old Chang Kee fry their chicken satay.

To be honest, it’s hardly for me to realize that they fry it because this chicken satay texture is not the same as fried chicken which is not crispy at all. The good things in this chicken satay are the chicken is moist and not dry.

Good job Old Chang Kee for creating this chicken satay.

The only feedback that I have for their improvement is their satay sauce. This satay sauce is too watery and the peanut sauce taste is not strong. I believe it would be much more better if they can make the satay sauce thicker and more peanut flavour.

Overall, I quite like this chicken satay.
