Happy Chinese Dumpling Festival! Have you eat bak chang?
I celebrate this festival by eating bak chang that is made by my brother-in-law’s mother.
This is a homemade bak chang that consists of pork, mushroom and water chestnut.
This bak chang has sweet and delicious taste. She also generously put a lot of pork inside this dumpling, so I always get the pork on every bite of this bak chang.
I like this bak chang so much 😋.
