Last time almost every weekday lunch I went to Geylang Bahru Market and Food Centre because it was quite accessible from my office, affordable price and a lot of food options to choose.
After a while, I tried to explore food at other places until recently I visited Geylang Bahru Market and Food Centre again.
Most of food stall around there are stilll same and have few new stall.

I gave a try to one of new stall named Diem Fish Soup.
Diem Fish Soup have a total of six menus to choose: Sliced Fish Soup, Fried Fish Soup, Double Taste Fish Soup, Fish Head Soup, Seafood Soup and Fish Porridge.

Every menu has three different prices, perhaps it’s categorized to become small, medium and large portion.
These soup menu also doesn’t come with rice / noodles. You need to pay extra money of 50 cents for rice / noodles.
They also offer six different types of noodles: thick bee hoon, bee hoon, mee sua, ee mian, kway teow and mee tai bak.

I ordered their Double Taste Fish Soup medium size ($7) and rice (50 cents).

This Double Taste Fish Soup contains fried fish, steamed fish slices, tofu, tomato slices, assorted of green vegetables (even have bitter gourd slices) and fried shallots.

The fried fish and steamed fish slices portions are quite a lot and the fish itself is fresh enough.

The soup is also nice.
Overall I like this fish soup and don’t mind to visit again in near future.
