I love Soon Kueh so much. So, I am quite picky with choosing which Soon Kueh stall that I should include to my favourite food places list.
One of my favourite soon kueh stall that I am frequently buy is Fatt Soon Kueh’s Kovan branch.
Other than Soon Kueh, Fatt Soon Kueh is selling few other types of kueh but my favourite still is Soon Kueh. So, everytime I visit this place, I always only buy the Soon Kueh.
This Soon Kueh’s skin is not thick (a bit of transparent) so from outside appearance, you can roughly see the toppings inside this Soon Kueh.
Once you eat this Soon Kueh, it will melt inside your mouth. The toppings are also a lot and crunchy.
Some people eat this Soon Kueh with sweet black sauce and chilli sauce, but for me, I prefer the original taste (without sweet black sauce and chilli sauce).
One more thing, this Soon Kueh mostly is served fresh from the steamer.
I like this Soon Kueh so much 🤤.
