Looking for a Taste of German-Inspired Cuisine at VivoCity Mall?

While I’m not entirely sure if this promo is valid on weekends or weekday evenings, my dear and I visited on a weekday evening and were able to enjoy the discounted prices.
We tried two of their promotional dishes: the Grilled Chicken Set ($12.90) and the Fish ‘N’ Chips ($13.90). Before the discount, both dishes are normally priced at $16.90.
The Grilled Chicken Set comes with two side dishes and a drink. My partner chose the German Cabbage Salad with a tangy dressing, potato wedges, and a pineapple soda. The grilled chicken was savory and juicy, while the potato wedges were deliciously crispy. However, we found the German Cabbage Salad to be a bit too sour for our liking.
As for the Fish ‘N’ Chips, it features two pieces of flaky battered Pollock fillets, served with crispy fries and tartar sauce. It also includes a drink, and I opted for their popular orange soda. The fish had a nice crunchy coating, and while the fries were good, I personally preferred the potato wedges.
Both the pineapple and orange sodas were refreshing and paired well with the meal.
With a cozy atmosphere and tasty food, Hans Im Gluck is a great spot for lunch or dinner, especially if you’re looking for a good deal!
