Looking for an Exciting Event for You and Your Kids?
From 13 September to 22 September 2024, Wisma Atria’s L2 Outdoor Space is hosting the Lego Mercedes-AMG F1 W14 Pop-Up Activation, and it’s packed with fun, interactive activities for the whole family.
You’ll get to see a life-sized Lego Mercedes-AMG F1 W14 Car, participate in exciting challenges, and enjoy immersive experiences like:
- Speed Challenge
- Pit Stop Training (a fast-paced digital tapping game)
- Build Race (race your own Lego F1 creations)
- PlayStation 5 F1 Racing Game
To add to the thrill, there’s also a display of authentic driver suits and helmets at the pop-up, making this event a treat for F1 fans of all ages.
Our Experience
My dear and I were thrilled to attend this event. While there’s a queue to enter, as there’s limited capacity at the pop-up, arriving early can help you avoid long waits.
Upon entry, we scanned a QR code to receive our game tickets, which allowed us to participate in activities and redeem a free sticker pack after completing all the challenges.
First Stop: Race Training
This activity tested our reflexes in a reaction training exercise. Pressing a red button, the machine calculated my response time – I got 00:29:087. Pretty fast, right?
Second Stop: Build for Speed
This stop involved a tire-changing challenge to prepare the car for the track. Thankfully, we didn’t have to build the entire car from scratch – just the tires! 😄 This Lego Mercedes-AMG F1 W14 car is impressive, and you can even buy it at the store.
Third Stop: Car Racing
Next up, we got to create our own Lego F1 cars with friends and family and race them on the track. This was a hit with the kids, who loved designing their dream cars in record time.
Final Stop: Photo Op
We ended with a photo op next to the life-sized Lego Mercedes-AMG F1 car. This stunning build is awe-inspiring, and we couldn’t help but wonder how long it took to assemble. Just be careful not to step on any Lego pieces! 😉
Once you complete all the activities, your ticket will be punched, allowing you to claim a free sticker. You can also compete on the PS5 Racing Game for a chance to win a Lego set and capture your winning moment with a Lego trophy on the victory podium.
