When I feel bored eating rice, my default option is always noodles.
Theoretically I am ok to eat noodles for breakfast, lunch or dinner and sometimes (practically) my breakfast, lunch and dinner on the same day. Even though I like to eat noodles, I seldom eat instant noodles so don’t ever think that I have joined the crowd to queue to buy one supermarket trolley of instant noodle last week (due to DORSCON Orange level of Coronavirus).
Since I am a noodles fan and my workplace is near Liang Court, so the best place for me to eat noodles is Marutama Ramen.
I have been ordering Marutama Ramen and Fried Gyoza at Marutama Ramen. Wait, perhaps if you are wondering whether I mistype the menu. No no no, I don’t. One of the menu name is Marutama Ramen.
Marutama Ramen comes with one slice of meat. You can also add season boiled egg.
I personally like Marutama Ramen even though when I first time tried this ramen, I felt quite annoyed by the green onion (they put too much on it). I had trained myself to eat green onion so now slowly I could appreciate green onion taste.
The broth taste itself is not too overpowering the noodle so I could finish the broth.
They also provide free fried garlic to mix with the ramen.
Gyoza is crispy and it’s good for sharing because one portion contains six pieces of gyoza.
That’s my review about Marutama Ramen. Have you ever tried this ramen?
