I love fried food so much, but my body easily get heaty and get sore throat. Quite irony right? 😂
Because of that, sometimes I bought herbal tea to make my body cooler and to prevent sore throat.
This time I bought herbal tea named Qin Liang Xia Ku Cao ($2) from Ming Tai Company Pte. Ltd.
I was interested to buy from Ming Tai Company Pte. Ltd. because the herbal tea packaging was quite unique and different from common herbal tea at other places.
I tried Qin Liang Xia Ku Cao because the seller told me this drink will make my body cooler and the taste is not bitter (a bit sweet).
Qin Liang Xia Ku Cao is nice.
Due to my curiosity about this Qin Liang Xia Ku Cao, I tried to google to find out what Xia Ku Cao is. Finally I found it, the english name of Xia Ku Cao is Prunella Vulgaris.
Prunella Vulgaris is an herb which is a member of mint family and it has been used to treat illnesses such as throat infection, healing wounds and several other ailments.
Ming Tai Company Pte. Ltd. also sell dried Prunella Vulgaris, so you can buy and make the herbal tea yourself at home.
