Kopitiam Square Sengkang kept amazed me. This time I visited Nong Moo stall to try their food.
Fyi, Nong Moo is mainly selling Mookata dish and at the same time they are also selling seven different a la carte dishes, such as Combo Set ($6.80), Thai Grilled Pork Skewer (Moo Ping) Rice ($6.00), Thai Grilled Sliced Pork Cheek Rice ($6.00), Thai Basil Minced Pork Rice with Egg ($5.50 / $8.00), Stir Fried Mama Noodle ($6.50), Thai Basil Fried Rice ($6.50) and Stir Fried Tom Yum Seafood Mama Noodle with Tom Yum Soup ($6.50).
Actually I wished to try their Mookata, but because I was too tired eating outside, I tried their a la carte dish instead of take away.
After seeing the food pictures, I was interested to try their Stir Fried Tom Yum Seafood Mama Noodle with Tom Yum Soup because the noodles looked so appealing.
After that, I also saw Combo Set picture and shocked when I saw the price because it was only 30cents more expensive compared with Stir Fried Tom Yum Seafood Mama Noodle with Tom Yum Soup and based on the Combo Set picture, the meat looked a lot.
So in the end, I decided to order both (greedy mode on).
Stir Fried Tom Yum Seafood Mama Noodle with Tom Yum Soup was delicious. This was a dry version of noodle and tom yum taste was quite strong and mixed evenly in every pieces of noodles. It was tasty.
But for me the star of Nong Moo was their Combo Set. It was because the toppings were really a lot and delicious.
Combo Set consisted of steamed rice with one piece of Grilled Pork Skewer (Moo Ping), Sliced Pork Cheek, Sunny Side Up, Thai Chilli Sauce and Tom Yum Soup with few ingredients.
This Combo Set was really good to be true 😂 and it was definitely a must order set.
Moo Ping and Pork Cheek were tender and tasty.
The Tom Yum Soup had one piece of Shrimp, Crab Sticks and Mushrooms.
Thai Chilli Sauce made this overall taste perfect.
Overall I really enjoyed their dishes and from now on this Combo Set would be my favourite dish inside Kopitiam Square Sengkang 😂.
