I really love potatoes and trying out different potato dishes is my thing. So, when I heard about this place called Picky Snout famous for its delicious rosti, I couldn’t resist taking my dear there for a food adventure.
Even though it was quite a walk from Kovan MRT, and it was raining, we decided to go with our umbrellas. Surprisingly, there wasn’t a long line—maybe because most people stayed indoors due to the rain.
We went for the Creamy Mushroom Chicken Rosti. It came with a perfectly cooked rosti, tender grilled chicken, creamy mushroom sauce, and a white sauce.
The rosti was amazing—crispy on the outside and deliciously soft inside. The grilled chicken was flavorful and paired so well with the creamy mushroom sauce. It was a bit pricey, but considering the effort put into making everything from scratch and how tasty it was, we didn’t mind at all.
We enjoyed the meal so much that we’re definitely planning to go back. Picky Snout turned our simple lunch into a delightful culinary experience. It’s a great spot for fellow potato enthusiasts, and we can’t wait for our next visit!
