Once in a while perhaps we can enjoy our life to eat expensive food😅.
This sentence comes from my mouth because I am still trying my best to tell myself “it’s okay 😂” after eating at Banquet Marina Bay Sands Restaurant inside 1st floor of ART SG 2023.
I don’t know about you, but I feel that this is one of the “atas restaurant a.k.a upper class restaurant” that I tried before based on quantity of the food 😂.
Why do I say so? Because the food’s portion that you will see soon is quite small, it’s like fine dining type one (perhaps this one is a fine dining one).
Okay, let’s start the review.
I ordered Roasted Thyme Rubbed Chicken Thigh ($38 after service charge and GST, it became $45) and before they served it, they gave a plate of three different types of bun with butter and water.
Fyi, the buns and water were free of charge.
Roasted Thyme Rubbed Chicken Thigh comes with Potato Mousseline and Mushroom Infused Gravy.
Honestly when I first saw the food, I was a bit shocked because the portion was pretty small and inside my heart I thought “GG, I would still feel hungry after eating this 😂”.
The taste wise, it was pretty decent. The chicken was tender and the sauce was a good pairing sauce with the chicken.
The vegetables were also nice and also had potato mousseline. If you eat chicken and vegetables together, this dish becomes creamier.
As expected, I still felt hungry after finishing the dish, but luckily I still had three buns as a savior that helped me to be full 😅.
The water could also be refilled.
I understand that for many of you, my story today is kind of pathetic, but it’s okay. I got memorable funny moments 😂 and honestly this ART SG event was super cool.
