Today I want to share with you about interesting looking burger that is resembled Planet Saturn.
What? Planet Saturn…..seriously?? Yeah….
I found this burger in a food stall named Skirt & Dirt, located inside Tiong Bahru Food Centre.
They are selling few types of burger and has one burger that makes me super curious because it’s resembled Planet Saturn. The name of this burger is Cheese Skirt Burger ($8 for a la carte).
Cheese Skirt Burger is made using beef patty, thousand island, tomato, lettuce and crispy cheddar crust.
Crispy cheddar crust is the one that make this burger looks like Saturn.
Fyi, skirted burger is a technique creation to make a burger that is having an extra layer of melted cheddar cheese resembling a skirt.
What a good effort that Skirt & Dirt has done.
Although it’s a bit troublesome to eat this burger, the cheddar crust is crispy enough and it’s a good new experience for me.
The beef patty is nice and Cheese Skirt Buger is a decent burger to try.
