Today I will share with you one cafe in Singapore that has honey theme named The Forage Cafe by 13 Honey.
Honestly this place is pretty far from any mrt station and only accessible either by car or bus.
But, if you fond of honey, this is the right place for you to satisfy your cravings.
I tried Smoked Salmon & Eggs, Forage Signature and Hot Flat White.
Smoked Salmon & Eggs consists of Honey Buttermilk Waffles, Egg Mayo, Smoked Salmon and Melted Cheddar Mozzarella.
The cheddar mozarella is melted inside your mouth and honey buttermilk waffles is made perfectly nice. They were generous with smoked salmon and it’s fresh. The portion wise is quite huge and it definitely can be shared for two people.
Forage Signature consists of multi-floral Honey Citrus Jasmine Tea with Yuzu Blossom Jelly and Passion fruit burst.
Forage Signature is a great drink to have and it’s refreshing.
Hot Flat White comes with a small bottle of honey.
It’s a great combination to mix honey with latte. The honey itself is not too sweet (a good indicator).
Overall, I really enjoyed having these dishes.
