I recently found an interesting new opening Japanese food place inside Fortune Centre building that made me interested to visit.
This place name is Ume San 100.

I said it’s interesting because from the outside, you would not expect that Ume San 100 is a food place. It looks like few vending machines selling alcohol and magazines.

Once you push the bluish green colour vending machine standing in the middle of other vending machines, you would be transported to Japanese food place decorated with a lot of anime posters on the right side of the wall. On the left side, there is a small bar section.

What an amazing concept, right? It’s absolutely a plus point to visit this place.
Other than that, the Ume San 100 also offers a very good price of the food (considering the place decoration).
Can you imagine, one bowl of Nagoya Dry Ramen costs $7.90.

The ramen price range is from $7.90 until $14.90 depending on what ramen you order.
But honestly I do not know whether this price is valid all day or not as I tried this during weekday lunch time.
Nagoya Dry Ramen is one of the Ume San 100 recommended ramen and they gave me quite a lot of minced meat.
They also cooked the noodle perfectly, so it still had chewy texture.

I was also quite surprised with the taste because I thought I had to put extra ingredients like shoyu and vinegar.

Luckily I tried first before adding those ingredients. The tastes came out savoury and it was just delicious without additional ingredients.
They also provided small bowl of soup which was very nice.
Overall, I really recommend you to try this ramen.
