I thought in Singapore only have black colour sauce rojak. But, one day I passed by one rojak stall named 684 Black & White Rojak on Hougang area and that changed my thought because other than black colour sauce of rojak, they also sell white colour version of rojak.
Without hesitation, I order $5 Spicy White Rojak. White Rojak contains fresh pineapple, jicama, fried you tiao, tau pok, chili and sauce made from sour plum sauce.
The ingredients, pineapple and jicama, are fresh and crunchy.
Fried you tiao is also crispy and they put a lot of cutting slices of fried you tiao in this rojak. Niceee.
Tau pok is also nice.
The sour plum sauce makes this rojak taste to another level. It’s yummy.
The chili is also not overpowering and the spicy taste is blended well with sour plum sauce.
Overall, I really like this white rojak and recommend it to try.
