Ah Ma’s Ngoh Hiang

Don’t have time to cook dishes for lunch / dinner or looking for more dishes to add on to eat together with other dishes? You may try Ngoh Hiang from Ah Ma’s Ngoh Hiang.

What is so special about Ngoh Hiang from Ah Ma’s Ngoh Hiang?

Ah Ma’s Ngoh Hiang’s Ngoh Hiang is special because they are using recipe for more than 40 years passed down by their late grandmother. This Ngoh Hiang was made from scratch by following her steps and her standards. Sounds good, right? Yes, it is.

This Ngoh Hiang size is a mini size version. Perhaps some of you are wondering…mini size….I prefer normal size. Actually based on my preference, mini size taste is better than normal size. Why is it like that? It’s because mini size has a good balance proportion between the Ngoh Hiang skin and the filling itself and it will produce better taste. And also when you chew this Ngoh Hian, the texture is nicer compared to the normal size of Ngoh Hiang.

How about this Ngoh Hiang taste? As expected with more than 40 years recipe, this Ngoh Hiang taste is delicious.

Other than delicious Ngoh Hiang, they also have delicious sauce to eat with this Ngoh Hiang. It’s really delicious as I always dip this Ngoh Hiang into this sauce for every bite.

I enjoy eating Ngoh Hiang from Ah Ma’s Ngoh Hiang.
