Ah Peh Lorbak

Today I will share with you one place selling comfort dishes to eat with your family and your loved one.

The name of this place is Ah Peh Lorbak.

I try two dishes from Ah Peh Lorbak : Mantou set of Lor Bak and Garlic Sweet & Spicy Sauce Cockles.

Mantou set of Lor Bak consists of Mantou and Lor Bak which contains Pork Meat, Egg, Tao Kwa and Mushroom.

The pork meat is very tender and nicely melting in my mouth. I enjoyed it so much. The Lorbak sauce, Egg, Tao Kwa, Mushroom are also tasty and the sauce taste is greatly yummy when eating it with the mantou.

Garlic Sweet & Spicy Sauce Cockles is not commonly easily found in Singapore. This is the first time I try it in Singapore. I am really impressed with this dish. The garlic sweet and spicy sauce is a great match to mix with the rice. Even I can eat plain rice mix with this sauce only. Hehehe. The cockles are a lot and fresh. The cockles weight are around 250g (weight after half deshell).

I am really enjoyed eating both dishes. It’s a comfort food for me.

For more details, you can visit Ah Peh Lorbak Instagram.

P.S.: Food is sponsored by Ah Peh Lorbak.
