Today I will share with you one food stall selling brilliant dish creation that I love it so much named Ah Tan Wings.
Located inside Yishun Park Hawker Centre, Ah Tan Wings is selling a dish that combines rice from Chicken Rice with Har Cheong Gai a.k.a. Shrimp Paste Fried Chicken. The chilli sauce also has special taste. What a brilliant dish creation right?
I try Atas Wing Meal and Atas Cutlet Meal with extra Shrimp Paste Wings.
Atas Wing Meal consists of two Shrimp Paste Whole Wings, Aromatic Rice, Egg and Chilli Sauce.
Atas Cutlet Meal consists of Shrimp Paste Cutlet, Aromatic Rice, Egg and Chilli Sauce. I also request to add on Shrimp Paste Wings inside this dish.
Ah Tan Wings‘s Shrimp Paste Wings and Shrimp Paste Cutlet are very crispy and tasty. The chicken is also tender. It’s mouthwateringly delicious.
The aromatic rice is also yummy. It’s simillar like rice from Chicken Rice.
The Chilli sauce taste uniquely yummy. It’s spicy with tangy taste.
I love this dish a lot and actually I eat this dish quite frequently 😀.
