My dear and I recently found an interesting food at An-Nur Shenton Way Famous which is located inside GM Food Centre near Cove LRT.
This food name is Roti Sarang Burung. Roti Sarang Burung is a food at Johor Bahru that is recently quite hype on TikTok. Luckily we found Roti Sarang Burung seller in Singapore.
Roti Sarang Burung contains prata with two eggs and mutton.
They made the prata looked like bird nest and they put two eggs which was simillar like baby birds and mutton as their food that bird mother brought to feed their babies 😂.
Honestly we were quite shocked when we got Roti Sarang Burung because it looked like the egg was still raw. But in the end we still tried it after praying to the God to protect this meal so we could eat safely 😊.
The prata was crispy enough and combinations between the eggs and mutton were matched nicely.
The mutton itself seemed marinated with curry and tasty.
Overall, this Roti Sarang Burung is delicious if you don’t mind with the almost raw eggs.
