Today I will share with you a very delicious noodles that I tried during my last trip to Jakarta.
I bought this noodle from Bakmi Karet Asiu.
Fyi, This was the first time I tried this noodle and the reason I was curious to try it because this noodle was strongly recommended by many people in Jakarta.
Bakmie Karet Asiu is selling non Halal noodles with abundant pork toppings on top of the noodles.
I ordered Bakmi Istimewa a.k.a. Special Noodle.
Bakmie istimewa consists of noodle with Siobak, Chasiu, Minced Pork, and Crispy Honey Pork.
They also have four different types of noodles to choose: Karet, Halus, Lebar and Bihun.
I chose bakmi karet a.k.a. rubber noodle.
The noodle is springy and chewy.
The pork toppings are super a lot and delicious.
Siobak and Crispy Pork Honey are also crispy.
I am really amazed with Bakmi Istimewa. It’s indeed very tasty. No wonder so many people would recommend this noodle.
I can simply said Bakmi Karet Asiu is one of the best noodle that I tried so far in Jakarta.
It’s totally worth and recommended to try.
