If you understand Indonesian language (Es is ice in English, Bir is Beer in English and Kotjok is shake in English), don’t ever think that I drink Es Bir Kotjok until I get drunk. No no no, even though the name of this drink is Bir (Beer in English), this Es Bir Kotjok contains 0% alcohol.
Seriously 0% alcohol? Yes, of course. This Es Bir Kotjok is made from Ginger, Cinnamon and Palm Sugar. Actually based on the ingredients, this beverage is considered as a healthy beverage.
What is so special about this beverage that makes me drink this three times in a day? In that time, the weather was very hot. After I drank Es Bir Kotjok, I felt my body refresh (from the ice) and warm (from Ginger) at the same time.
