Looking for a cool place that serves delicious food for Christmas gathering lunch or dinner?
You may try Brotzeit German Bier Bar and Restaurant at Vivo City.
My colleagues and I recently went there for department lunch and we were pleased with their food quality and quantity.
Since they were famous for their Pork Knuckle and claimed that they are serving authentic German food and beverage, we were aiming for their platters dishes and ordered Signature Brotzeitplatte.
Signature Brotzeitplatte ($138) is a signature platter for 4-6 people which consists of Pork Knuckle, Honey-Glazed Pork Ribs, Pork Schnitzels, Premium Sausage Selection and served with Potato Salad and Sauerkraut.
This Signature Brotzeitplatte portion is very huge and I really don’t think it is meant for 4-6 people. It’s more logical for 5-6 people 😂.
As expected, their Pork Knuckle skin was very crunchy and there was not many pork fat inside the meat. I like their pork skin so much.
Other than Pork Knuckle, Honey-Glazed Pork Ribs was also a star in this platter. It was tender and tasty.
They gave four big pieces of Pork Schnitzels. It was really tender until I thought this one was chicken.
Premium Sausage Selection was also niceee.
Since all of these toppings are full of meat, you need to eat these with Potato Salad and Sauerkraut.
I also ordered Blood Orange Rauch ($7) for the drink.
Blood Orange has dark red colour and it’s nice.
Although it’s pricey, but overall it’s really delicious.
