Alright, any recommendations on what we should order? I tried Chicken Shan Noodle and Burmese Fried Tofu.
Chicken Shan Noodle taste reminds me of Indonesian style noodles eventhough the taste is not 100% same.
The chicken portion are a lot. It’s also very tender and tasty. The noodle texture are chewy. You will be amazed with this Chicken Shan Noodle’s taste once you mix the ingredients with the chicken and noodle. If you like spicy, you should also mix it with the Chilli.
Burmese Fried Tofu is also amazed me. This Fried Tofu texture is not the same like normal Tofu. I don’t know how they make it, but I like it so much. It’s kinda addictive. Once you eat it, you can’t stop eating. Dip this Fried Tofu with the sauce that they have provided to get full flavours.
Overall I recommend this Chicken Shan Noodle and Burmese Fried Tofu. It will blow your mind and your appetite 😀.
