Today I will share with you one delicious food located inside Compass One Mall that could be categorized as my comfort food.
Curious what is it? It’s a Chicken Hot Pot from Chicken Hotpot.
I like this Chicken Hot Pot because I can eat this with steamed rice and because this food has very hot temperature of thick soup. Every time I drink this soup, my body feel warm although my tounge sometimes feel a bit burn because it’s too hot 😂. It’s okay, that’s the art of eating very hot temperature dishes.
I ordered Large Mild Spicy Chicken Hot Pot ($28.80) without additional toppings and two bowls of steamed rice.
Inside this pot has many pieces of tender chicken, onion and green vegetables.
Fyi, they have three different sizes of Chicken Hot Pot: Small $19.80, Medium $23.80 and Large $28.80. You also need to choose spiciness level: non-spicy, mild spicy or spicy.
I would rather order biggest portion of this Chicken Hot Pot without adding additional toppings than ordering small / medium size with additional toppings as I feel more chicken is more worth the money.
The thick soup mixed with the rice is heavenly delicious and the chicken absorb the soup very well and become tastier.
I really like Chicken Hot Pot.
