This time I use air fryer to fry the radish cake. This radish cake has a good texture, super delicious, crispy outside and soft inside.
I eat this fried radish cake with fried shallots, scallions and Caitoucake’s One Punch Chilli. It’s pretty delicious and the chilli taste is deliciously blended well with this radish cake (the spiciness is not overpowering the radish cake).
Other than using air fryer, you also can do pan-fry, steam, cook with egg or using microwave for this radish cake.
