Curry Red Snapper Fish Head is an assam curry type. It’s very fragrant and super delicious. The curry itself is tasty and will not make you feel “sick of eating” when you eat too much. The fish head is also quite big and fresh.
Other than fish head, there are a lot of other toppings such as different types of vegetables and taupok inside this curry. The toppings absorb the curry well so it doesn’t taste bland (rich flavours) even when you are not eating it with the curry.
If you have big appetite, be ready to order two bowls of rice instead of only one bowl as this curry fish head will stimulate your appetite 😀.
I am really pleased with this Curry Red Snapper Fish Head. But how about Minced Chinese Spinach?
Minced Chinese Spinach is surprisingly very tasty as well. You will taste wok hei in this dish and not oily. It’s way beyond my expectation and I like it so much.
