Today I will share with you one restaurant selling delicious noodles at Tampines Hub named GO Noodles House.
I know about this place from one of foodie lover’s recommendation. Since this time I was around Tampines Hub, so I decided to visit GO Noodles House.
I tried two different noodles: Hakka Sauce with Century Egg Noodle and Homemade Mee Hoon Kueh with Homemade Spicy Soup.
Hakka Sauce with Century Egg Noodle is made with thin noodles and has minced pork, fried anchovies, fried shallots, black fungus, century egg and few vegetables types.
The unique thing about this Hakka Sauce with Century Egg Noodle is that the noodles and each topping are served separately. So you need to mix everything first to get best flavors before you eat it.
Honestly at the first glance, I didn’t have any expectation with this noodles. But after I ate it, it was blown my mind. It’s surprisingly very mouthwateringly delicious. I like it so much.
Homemade Mee Hoon Kueh with Homemade Spicy Soup is also tasty and spicy. The mee hoon kueh texture is smooth and the spicy soup is addictively delicious.
Overall, I am really amazed with these noodles taste and I will definitely come to GO Noodles House again when visiting Tampines Hub.
