Today I will share with you one place selling delicious Hainanese Curry Rice at The Seletar Mall.
This place name is Heng Heng Hainanese Curry Rice. Located inside Singapura Heritage (level 3), Heng Heng Hainanese Curry Rice is selling five different main courses: Signature Set, Pork Belly Classic, Pork Chop Classic, Curry Chicken Classic and Crispy Chicken Classic.
Other than main course, you can also add-on or order a la carte rice with curry gravy and these varieties to choose: Curry Chicken Drumstick, Cabbage, Egg Floss, Braised Pork Belly, Long Bean, Luncheon Meat, Egg and Crispy Pork Chop. Each variety has different price.
I order Signature Set for $7.30. Signature Set is their recommended main course and consists of most ingredients: rice with curry gravy, egg, cabbage & tofu, braised pork belly and pork chop.
From the looks when I open the package, this signature set looks a bit messy with abundant of curry gravy all over the place.
After that, I arrange it a bit to become nicer to take picture 😛 and find out that they are quite generous with giving out the toppings.
The pork chop and braised pork belly are tender.
The cabbage & tofu balance the curry taste well.
The rice absorbs the curry gravy well and it’s tasted delicious because this curry gravy itself tastes good.
Overall, Heng Heng Hainanese Curry Rice’s Signature Set is indeed delicious. If you are Hainanese Curry Rice fans, you should try this 😀.
