Calling all Dim Sum lovers in Singapore! Today I have a delicious news about tasty dim sum that I want to share with you all of my cool readers.
I explored Bedok recently and found one handmade dim sum stall named Hong Yun Handmade Buns which is located inside 216 Bedok Food Centre and Market.
Hong Yun Handmade Buns is selling four different dim sum such as Big Pork Pau ($1.80), Char Siew Pau ($0.90), Glutinous Rice Chicken ($1.90) and Siew Mai ($0.60).
I tried Char Siew Pau and Siew Mai. Actually, I also wanted to try their Glutinous Rice Chicken but too bad it ran out of stock on that day.
Char Siew Pau is tasty. The char siew itself is also tender and yummy.
After first bite, I was amazed by the siew mai taste because it’s really really savoury and delicious. I do believe that the siew mai is the star dish of Hong Yun Handmade Buns.
Next time I will try their Big Pork Pau and Glutinous Rice Chicken. I also definitely will buy more Siew Mai.
Overall I really like the Siew Mai and I recommend you to try it.
