Hup Kah Noodle House

Speaking of weekends, I will share with you one place that I normally buy Kolo Mee after going to the church before COVID happened. 

This place name is Hup Kah Noodle House. 

Located near Fernvale LRT, Hup Kah Noodle House is selling few types of noodles such as Sarawak Kolo Mee, Wanton Kolo Mee, Minced Meat Noodle, Laksa, Lor Mee and other few types of noodles.

Normally I bought their Sarawak Kolo Mee, Laksa and Lor Mee. But this time I only buy their Sarawak Kolo Mee and also their fried Wanton so I am only able to share those with you all.

This Sarawak Kolo Mee is a bit hard to rate the taste because the noodle texture and the taste depend on the cooker mood (the cooker is moody). So if his mood is good, the noodle texture will be perfect and the taste is delicious but if his mood is not good, you will get a bit soft noodle texture and the taste will be just so so.

This Sarawak Kolo Mee consists of noodle that they import from Malaysia, vegetables, charsiew and minced pork. Fried Wanton is not included in this kolo mee, so you need to buy it separately.

Fried Wanton is crispy and nice. 

So indirectly purely depends on my luck to get this Kolo Mee with delicious taste😛.
