Today I would share with you hidden gem cake shop that has interesting flower ingredients concept which is selling flowers tea with flowers infused cake.
This cake shop name is Kirei Na Hana.
Located inside Havelock 2 building, Kirei Na Hana made all cakes by themselves and using natural ingredients.
Reflected by the shop name “Kirei Na Hana” means Pretty Flower, all about this shop are pretty. It has pretty cakes, beverages, interior and even they pick beautiful song that would make you feel calm, relax and peaceful when you were inside this shop.
Me and my friend ordered Buddy Cheese Cake Sets ($12.80) and Kirei Coffee Lavender ($4).
Buddy Cheese Cake Sets consists of one slice of Rose & Lemon Cheese Cake and one slice of Roselle Cheese Cake.
These cakes have a mixture between cheesecake and jelly / agar agar (I guess 😛) with some of the toppings.
Roselle Cheese Cake has a bit sour taste that comes from roselle flowers. Fyi, roselle flowers essence would produce natural delicate sour taste.
Even though I am a sweet tooth lovers, I do enjoy eating this cake because it’s yummy, refreshing and I like it.
Rose & Lemon Cheese Cake has opposite taste compared with Roselle Cheese Cake. This cheese cake has light sweet and simplicity delicious taste.
So I prefer to eat Roselle Cheese Cake first and Rose & Lemon Cheese Cake after that.
Kirei Coffee Lavender has a strong lavender flowers flavour that will enhance the coffee flavour to another level. It’s a unique experience trying this Kirei Coffee Lavender.
Other than having delicious cakes and coffee, Kirei Na Hana is cleverly choosing relaxing song to play, so we could feel more comfort and enjoy the moment while eating here. After listening a while, it could make your stress disappears 😊.
Too bad, Kirei Na Hana will cease operation from 27 June 2022, but it will be reopened on the opposite side of current shop in September 2022.
They also promise us that they will make new kind of cakes and beverage creations to satisfy our cravings in September 2022.
I wish all the best to Kirei Na Hana and couldn’t wait until September 2022 to try their new creations.
