Celebration Small Claypot Chicken consists of marinated chicken, twelve winglets/drumlets, two chicken thigh, mushrooms, salted fish, lap cheong and green vegetables. This Celebration Small Claypot Chicken is for 3-4pax.
How about the taste? This Claypot Rive amazes me. It’s very delicious. The rice is nicely crispy, chicken is marinated well and tasty. Lap cheong, salted fish, mushrooms and green vegetables make this dish completely yummy.
They are also very generous with the toppings. The chicken, lap cheong, salted fish and mushrooms portion are a lot. So in every spoonful of rice, you can expect to eat with the toppings.
They also provide homemade chilli and black sauce. I mix this Claypot Rice with black sauce and homemade chilli and I like it so much.
Sesame Oil Chicken is also tasty and tender. This Sesame Oil Chicken contains of pork lard oil. I believe pork lard oil makes this Sesame Oil Chicken has richer flavours.
Overall I like both Claypot Rice and Sesame Oil Chicken.
