Today I will share with you one place near Bugis Street that is selling delicious egg tart named Leung Sang Hong Kong Pastries.
Reflected from the shop name, Leung Sang Hong Kong Pastries is selling few varieties of Hong Kong pastries such as egg tart, wife cake, polo bun and puff. Each of the pastries’ price is $2. It’s quite a competitive price for me.
Even though this shop is focussing on selling Hong Kong pastries, Leung Sang Hong Kong Pastries is a Singapore local brand with in-house chef from Hong Kong. So since in-house chef is from Hong Kong, I believe these pastries that the chef makes have an authentic Hong Kong taste.
I order six pieces of egg tarts: three pieces of Puff Pastry Egg Tart and another three pieces of Crusted Egg Tart.
Both Puff Pastry Egg Tart and Crusted Egg Tart have an equally delicious sweet and soft egg custard fillings. The only difference is the egg tart shells. Even though the egg tart shells are different, both shells are crunchy.
I like these egg tart so much. These egg tart can also compete with some famous egg tart in Singapore. So if you are nearby Bugis Street, do try these egg tart.
Next time, I will try other pastries cake and bun from Leung Sang Hong Kong Pastries 😀.
