Today I would share with you about one interesting looking food stall inside One Punggol Hawker Centre named Lim Bo Fresh Fruit Rojak that is selling fresh fruit rojak with authentic Malaysian recipe rojak sauce.
Based on their information, Lim Bo Fresh Fruit Rojak have already been opened since 1980s. Perhaps it was in Malaysia.
Lim Bo Fresh Fruit Rojak has three different versions of Rojak: $5.50, $8.50 and $12.
For $5.50, it has chilled curated fruits and youtiao.
For $8.50, it has chilled curated fruits, youtiao with extra fruits and prawn fritters.
And for $12, it has chilled curated fruits, youtiao with extra fruits, prawn fritters and fried fish skin.
I chose the best seller one ($8.50) to take away (additional 40 cents).
There are fresh and crunchy jicama, kedondong (if I am not mistaken), pineapple and cucumber inside this chilled curated fruits.
The youtiao and prawn fritters are crispy and not oily.
They also pour a lot of grated peanuts on top of rojak sauce. The rojak sauce itself is thick and has sweet taste.
It’s best to eat this after you mix everything.
Overall I really like their fruit rojak and feel glad they open at One Punggol Hawker Centre.
