Today’s article will be the last series of delicious food around Changi Village area that I explore this time. But don’t worry, next time if I have spare time as it’s very far from my place, I will definitely visit this Changi Village again to hunt for food and take sunset pictures 😀.
Today I will review one of my favourite food: Goreng Pisang a.k.a. Banana Fritters.
I accidentally found this place while waiting for my satay order (refer to this article).
I purchased this Goreng Pisang from Mei Xiang Goreng Pisang.
Orher than selling Goreng Pisang, Mei Xiang Goreng Pisang is also selling other types of fritters.
Since this was my first time trying and I didn’t know if it’s good or not, so I only bought two Goreng Pisang and one Sweet Potato Fritters.
I ate one Goreng Pisang since I was hungry and the satay was still not ready.
At the first bite, I was surprised that actually this Goreng Pisang was yummy. I believed the way that they make this Goreng Pisang batter is not the same as normal Goreng Pisang that you can find in other places. It’s crispy and yummy.
After eating it, I went straight back to Mei Xiang Goreng Pisang to purchase more and only found out that currently Goreng Pisang and Sweet Potato Fritters were sold out. Sad mode was on. Hehehe
So I had only one Goreng Pisang and one Sweet Potato Fritters left to take picture at home. Hopefully by now you will understand the reason behind this only one Goreng Pisang and one Sweet Potato Fritters picture😬.
Anyway, Sweet Potato fritters is also using same batter so it’s also yummyyyy.
