Ji Xiang Confectionery has always been successfully blown me away with their amazingly creative Ang Ku Kueh creation.
Last time they did it with their Rainbow Ang Ku Kueh and this time with their limited edition of Minions Ang Ku Kueh.
Whattttt? Minions? Yup, you all read it correctly. It’s Minions from Despicable Me movie.
Honestly I was lucky this time because without reservation, I managed to get their last box of Minions Ang Ku Kueh today. Can you imagine, it’s only left one box and I got it 😊.
For $12, I got three different limited edition of Minions Ang Ku Kueh character: Bob, Kevin and Stuart.
These Minions Ang Ku Kueh design is detailed, superb and really similar with minions characters. I cannot imagine how long do they need to finish making one of these Ang Ku Kueh.
The other interesting thing is, as these minions favourite food is banana, these Minions Ang Ku Kueh has sweet mung bean paste and a small piece of banana fillings.
It’s pretty delicious and I love it so much since I like food that has banana as an ingredient.
