Who loves traditional snacks? Me, but nowadays, it’s a bit hard to find it, especially the handmade one.
Luckily, I found one stall named Pan Ji Cooked Food at Chinatown Complex that sells Honey Crackers.
Other than Honey Crackers, Pan Ji Cooked Food is also selling Honey Twists, Sesame Egg Split and Fried Fritters. But when I visited this shop, I only saw Honey Crackers, so I only bought that Honey Crackers.
Pan Ji Cooked Food made Honey Crackers manually by one uncle. I saw the uncle made it himself from the scratch. It’s indeed a dedication and effort that he put everyday.
Honey Crackers is sweet and crunchy. Although I was not born in Singapore and this is the first time I tried this Honey Crackers, I can appreciate this Honey Crackers.
Other than having a nice taste, I do believe this snacks also have a story for some people to remember their past moments with their family and loves one.
