7-Eleven had recently launched 16 new types of ready-to-eat Singapore Local Hawker Special Taste Asia.
Because of my curiosity, I bought 3 different types such as Legend Scissors Hainanese Curry Chicken Cutlet Rice with Cabbage & Egg ($4.50), Celebrity Chef Arifin’s Tandoori Chicken with Tomato Basmati Rice ($4.50) and Terry Katong Laksa ($4.30).

Legend Scissors Hainanese Curry Chicken Cutlet Rice with Cabbage & Egg consists of rice with chicken cutlet, cabbage, egg and Hainanese curry sauce.

This chicken cutlet curry rice taste is not very nice compared with curry rice that I usually bought from hawker centre.

Celebrity Chef Arifin’s Tandoori Chicken with Tomato Basmati Rice consists of Tandoori chicken, tomato Basmati rice and mint chutney.

Personally, I don’t like their mint chutney. So I don’t put it on top of this Tandoori chicken rice. The tomato Basmati rice is fragrant and this Tandoori chicken is savoury & tasty. I like it without mint chutney.

Terry Katong Laksa contains thick rice vermicelli noodles, egg, fishcake, beancurd puffs and spicy coconut milk soup.

I also like Terry Katong Laksa. It’s tasty and the soup has strong taste of savoury Katong Laksa.
Overall, I was satisfied with their Celebrity Chef Arifin’s Tandoori Chicken and Terry Katong Laksa.
You just need to put these food inside microwave before eating it and you can follow the instructions given on these food packaging.
It’s a good food to eat whenever you feel hungry during midnight or if you feel hungry yet you are rushing doing your job.
