Today I will share with you one legendary famous Indonesian grilled chicken stall that I do believe most of you have ever tried before if you live in Singapore.

Now you already know what food stall name that I am referring to, right? Yes, it’s Riverside Indonesian BBQ.
Riverside Indonesian BBQ is famous for their Ayam Panggang (Grilled Chicken). For the first timer, please go with their signature dish: Ayam Panggang Set.
Since I am not first timer, I order Ayam & Ikan Panggang Set (Grilled Chicken and Fish) $8.80 for take away.
Ayam & Ikan Panggang Set contains rice with grilled chicken, grilled fish, egg and vegetables. They will also pour their signature black sweet sauce and curry sauce. If you do take away, please request to separate the curry.
Let me tell you a secret just in case you like heavy delicious taste. Please request to give more signature black sweet ketchup and pour it into the rice because this black sweet ketchup is extremely delicious. You will not regret it.
The grilled chicken is tasty because they marinate it with yellow sauce made from Indonesian herbs and spices before they grill it. After they grill it, they will dip the grilled chicken into black sweet ketchup before they serve it.
The fish is also delicious and the fish is quite big.
The vegetables make this dish more complete and with the combination with curry, you will be very satisfied eating this dish.
Overall, I like this Ayam Panggang set a lot and I already try this one many many times.
