I recently visited City Square Mall’s Don Don Donki and had lunch at one of the food stall at Don Don Donki Food Court.
That food stall name is SABAR.
SABAR is japanese food stall that is mainly selling seafood dish (saba fish, salmon, unagi, squid and hokke) and most of the dish come with rice.
I try their Unagi Omelette Set. Unagi Omelette consists of three layers of food. First layer is rice, second layer is omelette and the third layer is unagi. They also put black sauce to make this dish complete.
Actually there is no specific rule on how to eat this dish, but for me, I don’t eat separately between omelette, unagi and rice. I eat it by cutting one spoonful unagi, omelette and rice so I can taste this dish completely as one whole mixture taste of the dish.
This unagi omelette is delicious. But honestly if you compare it with Don Don Donki’s unagi with rice price and portion (eventhough don’t have omelette), SABAR unagi omelette set is a bit pricy.
But it’s okay to try once in a while if you visit City Square Mall’s Don Don Donki since this unagi omelette is delicious.
