Finally today I will review Shake Shack.

[me] Yeah, it’s true (hehehe). Although it’s a bit too late, I believe if the food are delicious, it will never too late to try.
Actually, some of the reason why I don’t try this burger when Shake Shack just open in Jewel Changi Airport is because the queue is very very long (can be up to one and a half or two hours). I have tried to join this Shake Shack queue but gave up before I managed to buy it because I was too hungry.
Btw, is it true that Shake Shack is worth to try based on the queue duration? My answer after eating this burger is..… Wait, before I tell you, let me share with you first which Shake Shack’s burger I have tried.
I try ShackBurger, Shack Stack and Pandan Shake.
As this is my first time visiting Shake Shack, ShackBurger is the must order burger before ordering other toppings. ShackBurger consists of Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and ShackSauce. The beef patty is tender and fresh.
The second burger that I try is Shack Stack. It consists of Cheeseburger topped with a Shroom Burger with lettuce, tomato and ShackSauce. Shroom Burger itself is a crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheese. Beef patty quality is the same like ShackBurger. The Shroom is crispy, the mushrooms is tender and cheese & muenster are melted nicely.
For the drink, you must try their Pandan Shake. It’s made from vanilla custard blended with pandan and coconut, topped with gula melaka crumble. Fyi, you can only try this Pandan Shake in Singapore as this drink is exclusively available in Singapore only. This Pandan Shake is really a good drink creation and I like it so much. It’s just for your consideration when ordering this Pandan Shake, this drink itself will make you feel quite full.
So back to the initial question “is it true that Shake Shack is worth to try based on the queue duration?” My personal opinion is: NO. It’s not worth the queue duration (one and a half till two hours) as I feel these burger taste is like normal burger taste (normally delicious). The price of these burger itself is also pricey for me.
