Happy Sunday for all of my cool readers. Today I will share with you another delicious food that is famous in Bogor.
Today’s food name is Soto Kuning. I tried this Soto Kuning from Soto Kuning Pak. M. Yusuf at Gg. Aut road. Actually along Gg. Aut road had so many similar shop selling soto kuning. But because I was not aware which shop was the most famous one so I just randomly picked one of the soto kuning shop to try.
Fyi, normally Soto Kuning consists of beef meat and beef innards but because I don’t like beef innards, so I ordered one bowl of Soto Daging (beef meat soto) and one plate of plain rice.
This Soto Daging consists of soto kuning (yellow colour soto) soup and few slices of beef meat.
The main important things to determine how delicious soto kuning is their soup. Soto kuning soup is made from a lot of ingredients so you may expect rich flavours coming from this soup.
Well, this Pak. M. Yusuf‘s Soto Kuning is quite delicious and the meat is tender. The only thing need to be improved is their beef meat quantity. They give only few pieces of beef meat 😅. Luckily the soup taste is rich and nice so I don’t have any problem to only eat the rice with soup only.
Actually there are many ways to eat this Soto Kuning with rice, but for me, I put all the rice into the soto kuning bowl so the rice really absorbs the soto kuning soup very well.
Overall it’s a not bad soto kuning to try 👍. Next time I will try other shop to do comparison 😊.
